Virat Kohli does not need us, we need him: Bumrah
Bumrah, however, stressed that Kohli knows his cricket better than anyone else and that his experience of batting in these challenging conditions was essential from the team’s perspective.
“Oh dear! Too young to go. Loved her feisty attitude. She did well for India. #SushmaSwaraj,” wrote cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle on Twitter.
After former External Affairs Minister and senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj passed away late on Tuesday night, the social media got flooded with the messages condoling her death. Meanwhile, the sports fraternity also mourned the death of the great Indian leader.
“Deeply saddened by the news of Sushma Ji’s demise, may her soul rest in peace,” tweeted India cricket team captain Virat Kohli.
