The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had conducted a computerised lucky draw (lottery) for the allotment of about 18,000 flats. These DDA flats are situated in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas.

The DDA had conducted the entire application process online.
Lucky applicants would have to pay the purchase price of the allotted flat. The unsuccessful ones will get back their application money.
The application fee for the economically weaker section (EWS) category was fixed at Rs 25, 000, Rs 1 lakh for the LIG category, and Rs 2 lakh for the MIG and HIG category. The flats available in these categories are 488 (HIG), 1, 555 (MIG), 8, 383 (LIG) and 7, 496 (EWS).
