14 crew killed in fire on Russian deep Submersible: Defence ministry
"On July 1, a fire broke out during biometric measurements on a scientific research deep-sea submersible," the defence ministry said.
International investigators are expected to announce charges against several suspects in the shooting down of flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine.
The Boeing 777 crashed in rebel-held eastern Ukraine on 17 July 2014, five years ago that killed all 298 people on board.
Flight MH17 was flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it was shot down.

The Dutch-led Joint Investigation Team said that it will first inform families, and then hold a press conference to unveil the “developments in the criminal investigation” into the downing of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777.
Investigators have blamed pro-Russian separatists who they say targeted the plane with a Russian-made missile.
The breakthrough comes nearly a year after the investigators said that the BUK missile which hit the plane had originated from a Russian military brigade based in the southwestern city of Kursk.
Ukraine’s deputy foreign minister Olena Zerkal told Interfax-Ukraine news agency on Tuesday that four people would be named over MH17, including senior Russian army officers.
“The names will be announced. Charges will be brought”, Zerkal added.
However, Ukraine was hiding vital data on the Malaysia Airlines flight crash and manipulating the investigation of the 2014 catastrophe, according to the Russian Defence Ministry.
