Daddy Dude Burger
Ingredients
Tomato slices: 40 gms
Cheddar Cheese: 60 gms
Bacon precooked 18/22: 50 gms
Special sauce aioli: 20 gms
Romaine Lettuce: 30 gms
Beef burger 1: 220 gms
Caramelized Onions: 30
Burger Bun: 1 each
French Fries: 75 gms
Oil for frying: 60 ml
Method
Grill burger. Toast bun. Put cheese and bacon, and onions followed by
cheese on patty, broil until cheese is melted. Spread sauce on bun. On bottom bun add lettuce and tomato
and patty. Serve
Cheesy Pop Pasta
Ingredients
Penne Cooked: 200 gms
Cream Sauce: 150 gms
Fresh Cream:30 ml
Cheese Parmesean Grated: 45 gms
3 Chese Mix:60 gms
Panko Bread Crumbs: 15 gms
Garlic Toast:2
Method
Heat Pasta, heat sauce in saute pan and add drained pasta. Toss well. Place in a dish and spread three cheese,boil until melted. Serve with Garlic Toast.
