“One from Australia,
One from England
One from India,
Two from South Africa.
Who makes it into @JontyRhodes8’s top five fielders?,” ICC Wrote on Twitter.
Rhodes put former Australian all-rounder Andrew Symonds at number five, followed by South Africa’s Herschelle Gibbs. England cricketer Paul Collingwood is at number three and explosive South Africa cricketer AB de Villiers is at the second spot.
Rhodes, explaining his choice, said Andrew Symond’s strength helped him take catches at tight angles.
On Collingwood, the veteran cricketer said, “He is a fantastic cricketer, very similar what regards to me in fielding in the same positions.”
Speaking about Raina, Rhodes, who has been CSK cricketer’s admirer for a long time, said what set the Indian apart from others on the ground was that he would never think nor hesitate before diving, even while playing in torrid weather conditions.
