Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit gets candid about moving away from films in 1999, at the zenith of her career, following her marraige.
Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit, who has worked with both Alok Nath and Soumik Sen, recently reacted to the allegations made against them.
A lot of celebrities came into the spotlight when the Me Too movement hit Bollywood. It came as a shock when some prominent names cropped up too. Among these names were actor Alok Nath and Soumik Sen who were accused of sexual misconduct.

“It is always shocking. Because you’ve known them and you’ve not known them like that. It is always shocking when something like that comes out. What you’ve known them and what you’re reading is two different people. It was so shocking,” she told PTI.

Last year in August, Alok Nath was accused of rape by screenwriter Vinta Nanda. Soumik Sen, who directed Madhuri Dixit starrer Gulaab Gang, was accused of inappropriate behaviour by multiple women.
Recently, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has issued a six-month non-cooperation directive to actor Alok Nath.
Madhuri Dixit is currently gearing up for her forthcoming comedy film, Total Dhamaal. The actress will feature in Karan Johar’s production Kalank, which will also star Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, and Sanjay Dutt.
