GPAT 2019: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) on 28 January 2019 from 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm for 42827 registered candidates at 128 centres in 84 cities of 24 states and UTs. As many as 377 candidates have registered for the examination at two centres in two North-east cities, while 139 candidates will take the test at two centres in two cities of Jammu & Kashmir.
Among the 42827 registered candidates are 18871 male and 23955 female students.
The examination is being conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

The NTA is also conducting the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) today from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm. As many as 64,582 registered candidates will be taking the exam at 183 centres in 84 cities of 24 states and UTs. As many as 403 candidates have registered for the examination at two centres in two cities in North-East and 1197 candidates will take the test at 14 centres in three cities of Jammu & Kashmir.
As was done for UGC-NET December 2018 and JEE (Main) January 2019, CCTV surveillance is being done at all the examination centres to curb malpractices. The NTA is also making arrangements for live viewing of remote locations and recording CCTV systems at the control room situated at the NTA headquarters.
To stop cheating using mobile networks, jammers have also been installed at all the centres. A total of 3,580 jammers (1342 for each exam) have been put in place.
