Zoya Akhtar’s forthcoming film Gully Boy, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, is garnering a lot of buzz.
The makers of the film have dropped another song, Mere Gully Mein, which is a remix track of Divine and Naezy’s breakout single by the same name. The song has been sung by Ranveer, DIVINE, and Naezy and is quite engaging.
The two-and-a-half-minute video features Ranveer and Siddhant Chaturvedi as they rap away on the narrow alleys of Mumbai’s Dharavi slums. Ranveer is in a never-seen-before avatar and you really can’t take your eyes off him. In the film, Ranveer plays the role of an underdog rapper who becomes a sensation in the world of hip hop.
