Two of the biggest names in Bollywood, contemporaries Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been quite compared. However, this time it wasn’t their fans but Aamir himself pointed out the difference between him and the “big star” Shah Rukh Khan.

In a recent interview to Filmfare, the Dangal actor, who doesn’t see himself “as a star”, heaped praises on his colleague.

“I don’t see myself as a star. But I do see Shah Rukh as a big star and everything else about him… He’s so charming, he’s so handsome and so well-dressed. He adds, “I wore a three-quarter pant and a T-shirt during Diwali. Those pants are so old that even the straps are coming off now,” Aamir said.

The 53-year-old actor, who sounds truly impressed by SRK’s wardrobe, also revealed that he was forced by his staff to wear a kurta on Diwali.

“I’ve been to Shah Rukh’s house when it was new. He took me to his wardrobe. His wardrobe is as big as my entire house. And the clothes are kept in such an organised manner, categorised to the tee. Suits, shoes, socks everything kept so well. I was like, ‘Wow! Yeh hota hai star ka ghar’. Mera aisa nahi hai, mera sab confusion hai,” he said.

Earlier, Aamir Khan shared his views on Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, Zero, on social media after watching the trailer. Giving his verdict on SRK’s performance, he said, “SRK, you have outdone yourself!”

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan’s much-anticipated film Thugs of Hindostan, which emerged as the biggest opener on the first day, is now seeing a massive decline at the Box Office. The Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh released on 8 November.
