In the recently concluded five-match One Day International series against West Indies that India won by 3-1, Kohli was in terrific form. In the ODI series against the Windies, Kohli scored 453 runs in five matches with the help of three centuries.
Kohli was also awarded with Man of the Series for his excellent batting. Recently he became the fastest to reach the mark of 10,000 runs by notching up the numbers in just 205 innings dethroning his fellow countryman Sachin Tendulkar who took 259 innings.

So far the Indian skipper has donned the white jersey for India 73 times and amassed 6331 runs with the help of 24 centuries and 19 fifties. The 29-year-old Indian captain has played 216 ODI matches and scored 10,232 runs with the help of 38 hundred and 58 fifties. Virat Kohli’s highest score in limited overs cricket is 183.
