The proposed changes came into play after an independent tribunal found some aspects of the APT rules to be unlawful following Manchester City’s lawsuit.
Is the 25-year-old Brazilian the real deal? Early days still, but it looks like it.
Liverpool may have had to break the bank to sign Alisson from AS Roma, but after one training session, it looks like the Reds were wise to spend £66 million on the Brazilian custodian.
The Brazilian reached England and linked up with his teammates for the first time earlier this week and on Tuesday, took part in his maiden training with the club.
At the club’s pre-season base in Evian, France, Alisson showed Loris Karius and the other Liverpool keepers who’s boss with a sensational point-blank save to deny Marko Grujic.
