Ingredients:
Khus khus 1 cup
Onion 1
Garlic cloves 4
Red bell pepper ½
Yellow bell pepper ½
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Beans
Cabbage
Carrot
Salt
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
Chilli oregano sauce 4 tsp
Olive oil
Method:
Chop all vegetables finely.
Give a boil to khus khus adding salt and turmeric powder in an open pan. Turn off flame after a boil comes and drain excess water with the help of a sieve. Keep boiled khus khus aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan
Add garlic and saute for few seconds.
Add onion and saute for a minute.
Add all other vegetables and saute on high flame till the water they leave dries out. Keep stirring to avoid sticking at the bottom.
Sim the flame and add red chilli powder, boiled khus khus and little salt if required.
Give a good stir and mix all ingredients well.
Add chilli oregano sauce and mix well.
Turn off flame.
Serve hot with coriander chutney.
