Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has added another feather to his cap. The wicket-keeper batsman now holds the record of affecting the most number of stumpings in the T20 Internationals. MS Dhoni achieved this feat during the opening T20I match of the three-match series against Eoin Morgan-led England cricket team at the Old Trafford in Manchester.

Before Tuesday’s match, MS Dhoni (31 stumpings) was second on the list. On Tuesday, he entered the record books by affecting two stumpings against the English team. With 33 stumpings to his name, MS Dhoni is the now the table-topper. The 36-year-old cricketer has taken 91 matches to achieve this feat.

The second spot in the list is reserved by Pakistan’s wicket-keeper Kamran Akmal, with 32 stumpings under his belt, followed by Afghanistan’s Mohammad Shahzad (28 stumpings).

MS Dhoni also holds the record for the maximum number of catches by a wicket-keeper in the T20I. MS Dhoni has claimed 49 catches so far. Dinesh Ramdin, West Indies wicket-keeper is second in the list with 34 catches under his name.
