Raj Bhaban has also formed a two-member panel to probe the details of reports carried in some media.
The 2019 Uccha Madhyamik exams will be held from February 26 to March 13 while West Bengal board will conduct the Class 10 or Madhyamik exam in February.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee congratulated students who excelled in the Higher Secondary Examination (Uccha Madhyamik) results of which were declared on Friday.
In a tweet, Banerjee said, “Congratulations to all students who excelled and those who passed the Higher Secondary Examination. Best wishes for all your future endeavours. Good wishes to your teachers and families”.

The 2018 Uccha Madhyamik examination results were declared by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education on its official website wbresults.nic.in.
The overall pass percentage is 83.75. As many as 8.09 lakh students had appeared in the examination of which 6,63,516 candidates passed. East Midnapore and Kalimpong districts secured more than 90 per cent results.
With 99.2 per cent, Granthan Sengupta is the topper in humanities, while Ritvik Kumar Sahu is the science topper with 98.6%.
Arkadipta Ghosh with 97.2% has topped among girls. Her overall rank is 5th in the state.
The pass percentage of girls is higher than that of the boys in 18 districts. Around 53 per cent candidates were girls.
The Class 12th Higher Secondary examination for the academic year 2017-18 was conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education from March 27 to April 11.
