Manikarnika was rescheduled as the shoot was stopped around December after Kangana got injured while filming an action sequence at the Mehrangarh Fort in December.
“The accident took place when Kangana was performing the iconic scene in fort Mehrangarh, Jodhpur, where Laxmi Bai jumps off a 40 feet wall with Damodar, her child, tied to her back on to a horseback,” Kangana’s spokesperson said.
Directed by National Award-winning director Krish, the film also features Sonu Sood, Suresh Oberoi, Atul Kulkarni and Ankita Lokhande.
The Gold teaser was launched in February but Manikarnika’s teaser or trailer has not been released yet.
