BJP will corner AAP govt on public interest issues in Assembly:Gupta
The Leader of the Opposition said that this government has failed on every front.
Political parties — Shiv Sena, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) — have extended their support to the 30,000 farmers, who are marching towards legislative assembly in Mumbai to protest against the alleged failure of the BJP-led government to address agrarian distress.
The Left-backed protest march reached Bhiwandi on Saturday and is expected to reach Mumbai on Sunday. The farmers are all set to press for their various demands, including a complete loan-waiver.
The march led by All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS) began on Tuesday from Nashik and it will reach Mumbai on Sunday.

The state general secretary of the AIKS, Ajit Nawale, has confirmed that the three parties have lend their support to the farmers.
“Sena, MNS, AAP and a few other social organisations have extended support to the long march and we have accepted it. Those who will come forward to support us, we will accept their support,” Ajit Nawale was quoted as saying by the Indian Express.
AAP has, reportedly, announced that the party will join the march on Sunday.
The farmers plan to stage a protest outside the legislative assembly on March 12 (Monday), demanding fair remuneration for their produce and loan-waiver. The protesters intend to encircle (gherao) the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha to protest the Maharashtra government’s alleged failure to fulfil their promises.
