Tamannaah Bhatia calls ‘Sikandar Ka Muqaddar’ a tale of ordinary people
'Sikandar Ka Muqaddar' is a heist thriller about a ₹60-crore diamond robbery. Directed by Neeraj Pandey, the film stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Avinash Tiwary, and Jimmy Shergill.
A shoe was hurled at Baahubali actress Tamannaah Bhatia during an opening ceremony of a Jewellery Showroom at Narayanguda, Hyderabad on Sunday. However, the shoe missed the target and hit the salesperson standing aside Tamannaah. Immediately after the incident the security personnel acted and caught hold of the culprit behind the attack.
The name of the person who committed the act was Karimullah, a Btech graduate and a resident of Musheerabad. He was arrested for the act though when asked for the reason, the man explained that he was a die-hard fan of Tamannaah and was upset about Tamannaah’s absence from Telugu films.
In a statement taken by the police, the man revealed, “He was frustrated over the roles played by the actress in her recent movies.” However, following a complaint by the salesperson, who was hit by the footwear, the police registered a case under relevant IPC sections against the accussed.

Tamannaah was quite recently ranked in IMDb’s list for the top 10 Indian Stars in 2017 for her roles and performance in Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
