AAP creating confusion to deceive students on development of sports: Sachdeva
The Delhi BJP chief said before the 2020 Assembly elections, the Arvind Kejriwal government announced plans to establish a Sports University in Delhi.

The competition for students is ever rising. In the race of touching heights, exam time has become a more fearful phase for most of the students. A period that pulls away their ease and peace raising their goosebumps. This is a time full of study related pressure due to the vast syllabus and lack of time that drags many of them in anxiety. It is not what happens to them but rather how they choose to respond to the stressful situation they are going through.
By taking few steps, you as a parent may not only improve their mental ease but also the quality of their preparation.

Sit with them with a calm mind and positive approach. Plan and set their time objectives intelligently.
Differentiate the time and the level of stress involved in preparing different subjects. Prioritize them accordingly.
Help them to be personally committed towards their studies by planning their actions. Participate in their self-assessment course. Develop time management habits in them.
Help them to identify their stress spots. It will enable them to manage their examination qualms in a much better way increasing their efficiency and productivity.
Make them learn how to manage important and problematic lessons first when their energy level is high. They may get caught up in those sections which have less weight. These can be left to be done at last. Otherwise, they may feel exhausted accomplishing almost nothing meaningful in their most effective hours that could yield a better result in weak or important areas.
Eradicate their problem zones giving them proper assistance personally or through someone reliable and expert appointed by you.
If time is running short to complete the syllabus, create more time by utilizing extra time like waking them up early in the morning. Identify the causes of their wasting time keeping a check on them. You have to help your children to overthrow the habit of perfection in one thing leaving others in their curriculum.

Try to divert their mind from studies for a while in a constructive manner when you feel they are overdoing. Don’t involve them in household chores leaving them burdened up. Make them eat nutritive food that does not make them sluggish. Avoid giving them oily, junk or outside food during this period.
Boost the confidence of your children by making them enthusiastic, hard-working, decisive and committed towards their studies. Take their examination stress seriously. If the stress is too high to be handled by you alone, then take the help of a good counselor. Be a part of the counseling session. Keeping them recharged during this time is most important. Only you can help your child best to conquer the examination fever.
