One being the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, US

Famous for paranormal tours and ghost hunt, the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum opened in 1864 and closed in 1994. The asylum’s ground once served as a military post back in the Civil War era.  The spirits of the hundreds of people who died in this asylum continue to haunt the place. One can enjoy an eight-hour-long overnight ghost hunting with experienced guides who will take you to the hot spots.

Another that will surely give you the creeps is the Sultan’s Palace in New Orleans

A beautiful classic French Quarter worth the visit, this place at 716 Dauphine St is replete with haunted stories. So much has been written about its ghostly tales after the mysterious death of a rich Sultan in the 1800s. He had a harem of women and young boys apart from his many wives and children and led a weird lifestyle. According to legend, an unknown person was said to have ransacked the harem and caused a bloodbath there.
