Hamilton is heavy favourite to cinch his fourth world title as the Mercedes driver leads Ferrari rival Sebastian Vettel by 34 points with just five races remaining in the 2017 F1 season.
The English driver, who came second in the Malaysian GP last weekend, behind Red Bull racer Max Verstappen, will look to extend his lead at the top of the rankings at the iconic Suzukua Circuit, which is the venue for the Japanese GP, this weekend.
Curry, meanwhile, is currently on top of the world for after leading the Spurs to their second NBA championship in as many years in 2017, the Ohio native signed a five-year, $200 million extension to his contract.
The point guard, renowned for his three-point shooting ability, is enjoying some time off as the 2017-18 NBA season starts on October 17.
