Tokyo stocks retreat amid geopolitical, economic uncertainties
Tokyo stocks retreated on Wednesday as investors grappled with heightened uncertainties surrounding US monetary policy and geopolitical tensions between Ukraine and Russia.
Thieves in the national capital are getting bolder by the day with their latest victim being the Ambassador of Ukraine, whose cellphone was stolen from Red Fort while taking a selfie!
According to reports, Igor Polikha, the Ukrainian ambassador to India, was near Red Fort in Delhi on Wednesday and while taking a selfie, his phone was filched by an unidentified thief.
While, Plikha has submitted a written complaint to the Home Ministry and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi Amulya Patnaik, the police are yet to identify the culprit.
