Pakistan’s ANF arrests 10 suspects in drug smuggling operations
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) of Pakistan arrested 10 individuals involved in drug smuggling in operations across the country, said a statement.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday handed top-order batsman Khalid Latif a ban for five years after he was pronounced guilty for spot-fixing in the 2017 Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Playing for Islamabad United in the PSL, Latif was charged with found guilty of six major breaches of the board’s anti-corruption code.
The 31-year-old Karachi batsman was also fined one million Pakistan Rupees.

Earlier in August, another opener Sharjeel Khan was given a five-year ban after he was pronounced guilty for his role in the spot-fixing scandal during the recent edition of the cash-rich T20 league.
Sharjeel was given some relief by the board but none of Latif’s sentence is suspended so far, which means the Latif cannot return to cricket till 2022.
