Bhumi Pednekar: Became an actor in a time where the way I looked was secondary

The ‘Khiladi Kumar’ aka Akshay Kumar is back with his latest offering to his fans — Toilet: Ek Prem Katha — that has scored big at the box office.
The movie, which features Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead, had an extended weekend and has earned Rs. 89.95 cr at the box office so far.
After two of the most-anticipated movies, Tubelight and Jab Harry Met Sejal, didn’t perform as they were expected to, ‘Toilet…..’ has managed to perform beyond expectations at the box office and impressed the critics as well.

So far, the breakdown of the collections of the movie are; Friday: Rs. 13.10 cr, Saturday: Rs. 17.10 cr, Sunday: Rs. 21.25 cr, Monday: Rs. 12 CR, Tuesday: Rs. 20 cr and Wednesday: Rs. 6.5 cr!
The movie is steadily inching towards the Rs. 100-crore collections as two days are still left for its first-week run.
As of now, the movies to have made their way into the prestigious Rs. 100 crore club in 2017 are Raees, Tubelight, Kaabil, Jolly LLB 2 and Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
