Chief Justice of India J S Khehar on Saturday said that India is becoming a hub of international arbitration and assured that there will be zero interference of the government in international arbitration process.
"India is becoming hub of international arbitration. There will be zero interference of the government of India in international arbitration process, " Khehar said while addressing a two-day seminar on 'Engaging Asia Arbitration Summit'.

The CJI said that the government's 'Make in India' scheme will make the country a favoured market among the emerging ones.
"Potential for international commercial arbitration is increasing due to foreign investment coming to India," he added.
Justice Khehar highlighted that India has a talent pool of lawyers and arbitrators and the future of international commercial arbitration in Asia must commence from India.
