Army starts inquiry against two officers who were robbed
A senior Army Officer, preferring anonymity, said that an inquiry has been ordered into the conduct of both officers and a senior official is conducting it.

The officials of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited in Shamli district have been allegedly robbed of Rs.1.81 lakh, police said on Friday.
The incident took place on Thursday evening at Sikanderpur village when the miscreants threw chilly powder on the officials and decamped with the money, they said.

An FIR has been registered in the case following a complaint by cashier Suresh Kumar, police said.
