The Himachal Pradesh Assembly on Thursday passed the annual budget for 2017-18 and related Appropriation Bill authorising the state government to spend Rs.37,939.97 crore from consolidated fund.
The budget was presented in the state assembly by Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, who also holds the finance portfolio, on March 10.
