Prince Harry tied the knot with actress Meghan Markle on 19 May and the internet is flooded with pictures from the wedding ever since. You must have seen the royal family members and the tinsel town stars at the royal wedding. However, you might have missed the ‘vintage’ moment. Confused? Well, the beautiful vintage car that the newlyweds drove on as they left for luncheon must have won more hearts than anybody else present there.

The royal couple drove the silver blue Jaguar E-Type (sorry Meghan but the car look drool-worthy even in front of you). The official Twitter account of the palace, Kensington Palace shared a video of the royals driving the car and captioned it, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex depart Windsor Castle for a reception hosted by The Prince of Wales at Frogmore House, in a silver-blue Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero. This vehicle was originally manufactured in 1968, and has since been converted to electric power.” Check out the beauty here:

The snazzy vintage car was first manufactured in 1968, a year ago Jaguar revealed that they have electrified the car to make the E-Type Concept Zero. It is the zero-emission version which Enzo Ferrari once stated “the most beautiful car in the world.”

This version of the car is quicker as it goes from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour (62 miles per hour) and takes just 5.5 seconds. The Daily states that the vintage car costs £350,000 (that’s over US$470,000), that is around Rs 3,19,52,950.
