Bharatiya Janata Party national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia on Saturday described Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as an electoral Hindu and asked what is the compulsion of those who spread hatred in the country.

In the list of star campaigners released by the Aam Aadmi Party, there is also Rajendra Pal Gautam, who neither believes in Hindu gods and goddesses nor worships them, he said at a press conference here. The state BJP spokesperson Ajay Sehrawat was also present at the press conference.

Bhatia said that on the one hand, Kejriwal makes a show by sacking his minister and on the other, when the list of star campaigner for the corporation elections is released the name of Rajendra Pal Gautam is also included in it.

It is clear from this that whoever has used derogatory words for Hindu gods and goddesses, those words may have been of Rajendra Pal Gautam but the thinking is of Arvind Kejriwal, he said.

He said that on one hand Kejriwal donates Rs 100 crore to the Waqf Board and on the other, discriminates against the priests of the temple.

Bhatia said that similarly Gopal Italia’s name has been included in the list of star campaigners for the Gujarat Assembly elections, while it is the same Gopal Italia who says that the temple is a den of exploitation of women.

He said that earlier Kejriwal used to say that my maternal grandmother used to say that Shri Ram does not live in the Ram temple built by breaking the structure, but now he is saying that if anyone wants to visit Ram Lalla, then we will get it done ourselves, he said.

Bhatia said that Delhi has come to know about the policy of using derogatory words for Hindu gods and goddesses by reciting Hanuman Chalisa as soon as Kejriwal is elected, visiting Hindu temples and then speaking to his near and dear ones for the rest of the day.

He said that in his advertisements he posts a person hitting the swastika symbol with a broom and on the other side talks about worshiping Goddess Lakshmi and Ganesha on the notes. He said that in politics it becomes necessary to follow the limits of words, but the use of abusive words for the President has already been seen.

Bhatia said that not only this, the Congress has also announced the name of Jagdish Tytler who is the main culprit of 1984 Sikh riots, as a star campaigner. He said that today, be it the Aam Aadmi Party or the Congress, both have released the names of such star campaigners against whom cases are pending or who are suffering from anti-Hindu mentality.
