With an aim to manage accounts users follow on Instagram, the photo-sharing platform started testing a feature to group followers into categories, and help them choose users to unfollow, reports said.
However, there was no guarantee that the feature would remain active in the coming future.
With this feature, the users will now be able to segregate feed that they care about and would want to see on a regular basis.
Currently, Instagram’s feed runs on an algorithm that shows accounts that users interact with the most frequently at the top.
