55% of iPhones released in last 4 years running iOS 13

Apple recently announced that 55 per cent of iPhones launched in the last four years were running on the latest version of the company’s mobile operating system, iOS13.

The remaining 38 per cent of the phones released in the last four years were running on iOS 12, while the other 7 percent were being operated on earlier versions of the application.

The company also shared that 50 per cent of all the iPhones were running on iOS 13, while 41 per cent on iOS 12.  The remaining per cent of the devices were working on earlier versions.

Apple also broke down the stats between both iOS 13 and iPadOS which were launched earlier this year.

Additionally, 33 per cent of all iPad devices on iPadOS 13, followed by 51 per cent on iOS 12 and 16 per cent on earlier releases.

The company has already released four updates to iOS 13 since the initial release, iOS 13.1, iOS 13.1.1, iOS 13.1.2, and iOS 13.1.3 with various bug fixes along with performance improvements.
