Ex-CM Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao hospitalised after he had a fall

Former Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, also known as KCR, was urgently taken to a hospital after a fall at his farmhouse in Erravalli on Thursday night.

The leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has been admitted to Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad.

KCR recently resigned as the chief minister of Telangana following the defeat of the BRS in the state assembly. On Thursday, Revanth Reddy of the Congress was sworn in as the new chief minister of Telangana in an event attended by top Congress leaders, including Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and others.
The occasion drew thousands of party workers and ordinary people.
