Belgian International Eden Hazard has not had the dream start to his Real Madrid career. However, recent reports reveal that his concerns are only going to add up post his injury,

After Hazard suffered an injury during the Pre-Season matches, he has not been risked by Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane despite reports stating that he should have been fit to play for Real Madrid by now.

However, as it turned out, Real Madrid medical team is not willing to allow Hazard to rush into a match in this condition. Now, after being named in the Belgium team during the International break, Hazard is desperate to go and join his national team. On the other hand, Real Madrid want him to stay with them since they are aware that he will not be able to recover in time.

Reports carried by Don Balon, a Spanish media outlet, suggest that the likes of Zinedine Zidane and Sergio Ramos are unhappy with Hazard’s insistence of joining Beligium since they want him to stay at Madrid to complete his treatment.

“Legally he can travel with Belgium but at the moment he cannot play,” Zidane said on Saturday as quoted by Fox Sports Asia.

“He knows that, we do too and I hope he doesn’t play, for the good of everyone, including Belgium.”

“Obviously I’m not happy to see my players injured but unfortunately these things happen, they happen in every team, everywhere you look you see there are lots of players with injuries,” he added.

“Our physios and doctors and everyone who works with the players are doing everything possible and I hope that everyone can return quickly,” he concluded.
