Former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi, who was known for his power hitting, has a special liking for coming back to the international cricket after his every ‘temporary’ retirement, and it is a well-known fact among cricket enthusiasts and pundits.
And though the stylish right-handed batsman is not playing for Pakistan anymore, he still keeps entertaining his fans through his posts on different social media platforms.
No wonder Afridi ended 2018 on a very mysterious note! The 38-year-old posted a cryptic video on his official Facebook page on the last day of 2018 and captioned it as, ‘Coming soon.’
In the video, shared on Facebook, Afridi is seen donning several hats, from doctor to civil engineer to office guy. “Aap log confuse toh ho gaye hoge bataunga lekin kyun (You guys must be confused but I will let you know soon),” Afridi was heard saying at the end the video.
No sooner he posted the video on the social-networking site, cricket fans are comparing former Pakistan great with the adult film actor Johnny Sins.
Johny Sins is considered the ‘king’ of roleplays in the adult industry and is also quite popular among the meme-ing community.
“Pakistani Johnny Sins in making,” a Facebook user wrote in the comment section.
“Ap to johnny sins nikalay. Doctor, driver, sheikh, etc etc all at the same time,” wrote another user.
Meanwhile, former Pakistan skipper Salman Butt has claimed that Shahid Afridi blocked his return to the Pakistan national team for the 2016 World T20 after he completed his five-year ban for the 2010 spot-fixing scandal that rocked the cricketing world.
“I don’t know what prompted him to do this but no I didn’t go to him or speak about it. I didn’t feel it was right. But what I know is that Waqar and Flower told me I was playing the World Cup and then Afridi resisted,” Butt was quoted as saying.
