West Indies pace bowler Keemo Paul mocked senior Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan with the latter’s signature celebration style during the fourth One Day International (ODI) match between India and Windies on Monday.
The incident took place in the 12th over of the first innings, when K Paul was bowling and Shikhar Dhawan was at the crease. Paul bowled a short bowl to Dhawan and the left-handed batsman got carried away as he hit the ball to the mid-wicket in the safe hands of Kieran Powell.

After Powell caught the ball, Keemo Paul celebrated Dhawan’s wicket mimicking the 32-year-old batsman’s famous thigh-five celebration. Following Paul’s celebration, Dhawan was seen giving a supportive smile to the West Indies pacer.
Here is how Twitter reacted:
Thing with Windies celebration is they do it in good spirit, enjoy themselves on the field and even the opposition don’t mind them mocking. Enjoyed Keemo Paul’s Dhawan send off. Even he was smiling. #WIvsIND

Excellent celebration by Keemo Paul to give Dhawan his own signature thigh five. And even better from Shikhar to offer a smile on seeing it. Game could do with more of that! #INDvWI
