Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur’s brand new stadium is almost ready and to give fans a teaser of what they can expect, they released pictures of the ground on Twitter.
However, the social media post backfired in spectacular fashion as the aerial view of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium bore a striking resemblance to a toilet seat.
Here’s the original post and you can decide for yourself if scores of gleeful rival supporters made sense:

After years of wait, Spurs will finally play in their state-of-the art stadium for the 2018/18 Premier League season. However, the ground will not be ready in time for their first home clash.
They open their campaign with an away clash at Newcastle United before taking on Fulham in their first home game of the season. The Lilywhites will have to make do with Wembley Stadium for the tie against the Cottagers.
The first time the new stadium will be host to a Premier League clash is on September 15, when Spurs welcome Liverpool.
