Bundesliga side Bayern Munich need to get in more players in the team and sell players who no longer fit the plans of the side, according to their forward player Robert Lewandowski.
Robert also believes that although the club has taken the right step forward by signing somebody like Leroy Sane, they still need at least a few more players to join them.
The Bundesliga champions have time till 2 September to try and strengthen their team after players like Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben and James Rodriguez have moved out of the club.
Notably, teenager Jann-Fiete Arp is the only forward player who has joined Bayern Munich after the last season ended.
“I think we need three new players,” Lewandowski told Sport Bild, a German weekly sports magazine.
“Even if Sane comes, we need another winger. Maybe also a number six or attacking midfielder.
“We lost three players in attack with Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben and James and so far we have not made a new signing there,” he added.
In addition to Sane, Bayern Munich have shown their interest in Gareth Bale and Hakim Ziyech but no deal has been finalized yet.
