In a recent development, former Pakistan speedster Shoaib Akhtar gave a calm response to a troll who attacked him after he wished Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan- who has been diagnosed with the dreaded coronavirus- a speedy recovery.
“Get well soon Amit ji. Prayers for a speedy recovery from all your fans across the border,” the former Pakistani pacer had tweeted in reply to Bachchan’s tweet in which he made the announcement last week.

Last week, Amitabh had himself tweeted confirming that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
“T 3590 -I have tested COVID-19 positive…shifted to hospital… hospital informing authorities…family and staff undergone tests, results awaited…all that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested!” his tweet read.
Soon after Amitabh’s tweet, his son Abhishek also announced that he was infected with the same virus.
“Earlier today both my father and I tested positive for COVID-19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you,” Abhishek, 44, had tweeted from his verified handle.
