Shikhar Dhawan has returned to his home Indian Premier League (IPL) team Delhi Daredevils after playing six seasons with SunRisers Hyderabad.
In the trade between both the teams ahead of the IPL auctions, Dhawan was bought by Delhi and SRH bagged the services of Vijay Shankar, Abhishek Sharma and Shahbaz Nadeem in place of the opener.
The speculations that Shikhar Dhawan can move to Delhi has been doing the rounds on the internet for quite some time now.
As per reports in the media, Dhawan was not happy with SRH for not retaining him during the 2018 auction. SRH had retained the services of Australian opener David Warner and pace sensation Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
Dhawan was later bought by the team using RTM (Right to Match) in the IPL auction 2018 for a price of 5.2 crore.
Brace yourselves, for he has returned, where it all began!
