England club Manchester United have been very firm on their stance on Romelu Lukaku. They have stayed their ground from the beginning of the transfer window this summer. The equation from their point of view is simple- they will sell Belgian International Lukaku only if their valuation of the player at £ 75-80 million is met.
Until now, only Antonio Conte led Inter Milan have been very keen on getting Lukaku on their side. They even went on to bid £ 54 million for him. However, the offer was promptly rejected by United. Inter Milan, reportedly has new competition in Juventus. Juventus is willing to include Lukaku in a player swap deal.
According to reports published in Sky Sports, Juventus are offering Paulo Dybala for Lukaku. United, who might also be looking for a like for like replacement in case of Lukaku’s departure, might just be a little tempted to accept this offer.
Conte has now accepted in public platforms that he indeed likes Lukaku as a player and would be trying hard to have him in his team. Inter Milan, thus, might now come back with an improved bid to meet Manchester United’s valuation of the player.
