Liverpool star player Mohamed Salah is arguably one of the best and most wanted players in world football at the moment. Now if reports are to be believed another European giant team has now entered the race to get the Egyptian superstar in their team and it is Inter Milan who are leading the race.
Salah has been linked with a move to both the greats of La Liga- Real Madrid and Barcelona over the course of the last year but Liverpool have somehow had a firm grip on their star player and not allowed him to depart from the club. Now, a report carried by Don Balon states that Salah might be looking for a move out of the club in the transfer window beginning next summer.
The report also adds that Serie A side Inter Milan are also interested in drafting in Salah. Team manager Antonio Conte’s side are even ready to double the wages of Mohamed Salah to get him into the team. The UEFA Champions League-winning team’s main man currently earns around €10.7 million per year and Inter Milan are willing to increase it to around €18 million per year.
This has now put teams like Real Madrid on the backfoot since they might not be able to get him in the team for that much salary. Thus, in the race to bag in Salah, it seems like Inter Milan have got themselves in the pole position but it remains to be seen if Salah is willing to part ways with his current club.
