Riding on Harmanpreet Kaur’s breathtaking hundred, India scored 194 runs for the loss of five wickets. Following a mammoth total, New Zealand managed to score just 160 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their allotted 20 overs as India registered a comprehensive 34-run win over the much-fancied Blackcaps.
During her 103 runs knock, Harmanpreet Kaur smashed eight massive sixes and seven boundaries. The 29-year-old also scripted history by becoming the only Indian to score a T20. Harman’s century was also the third fastest hundred in the history of women’s cricket.

Whatever BCCI are paying Harmanpreet Kaur, the ICC should pay twenty times that. She’s slapping women’s cricket into people’s houses. #harmonster

Think Harmanpreet Kaur could solve India’s middle order issues ahead of the 2019 World Cup.
