If reports are to be believed, Real Madrid star Gareth Bale can very well stay at the club for the next season as well. It has been reportedly revealed that Bale’s proposed move to feature in the China Super League has not materialised.

It is to be noted that Bale was linked with China Super League club Jiangsu Suning. The club had reportedly offered Bale over £1million per week. However, Real Madrid failed to accept the offer as it was not par with their evaluation of the player.

According to a report published in The Guardian, Real Madrid team management did not want to sell Bale for that amount especially, since Bale had cost them £85million when he came from Tottenham Hotspur in 2013.

In yet another report published in Titan Sports Plus, it is stated that Bale’s transfer talk is “dead”. This is being concluded from the fact that the Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning has already announced another signing in the form of Ivan Santini from RSC Anderlecht.

It is highly unlikely that they will now invest in Gareth Bale. This is because as per reports in Chinese Super League, each club gets only a couple of slots for overseas players for registration every summer. Jiangsu, meanwhile, have already used their quota for the season as they have drafted in both Miranda and Ivan Santini thus season.

Bale has been in the headline for his reported conflict with Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane after the latter had announced that the team was looking for suitable suitors to sell Bale.

The matter did not end here. Bale’s manager went on to call Zidane a “disgrace”, and Zidane also went on record stating that it would be best if Bale departs from the club at his earliest.

However, chances are that Bale’s stint at Real Madrid would extend at least by a year since the China Super League transfer window will come to a close this Wednesday.
