In the thrilling badminton singles final at the Commonwealth Games 2018, Saina Nehwal defeated compatriot PV Sindhu in two straight sets on Sunday.
With the win, Saina Nehwal has become the first ever Indian shuttler to win two gold medals (singles) in the CWG. Saina had won her first gold in CWG 2010 in New Delhi and had given a miss to the 2014 CWG Glasgow.
