On Wednesday, the football fans witnessed the biggest upset when the defending champions, Germany, were knocked out of the tournament in the group stage. Germany suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of South Korea in their last group match.
After the dramatic exit of Germany from FIFA World Cup 2018, Cricket Germany found a unique way to troll International Cricket Council (ICC) by giving a hilarious suggestion to FIFA to avoid such upsets.
Cricket Germany took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter, and taking a dig at ICC for allowing only 10 teams to participate in a World Cup, saying: โWe hereby ask #FIFA to make the next #WorldCup open only to ten teams.โ

Cricket Finland also joined the conversation and wrote, โIndeed. And just think of all the money they would lose (not) as a result!?! ๐๐ซ๐ฎ.โ
