Ingredients for Oats Chilla recipe:-
Oats 1 cup
Garlic 1 clove (grated)
Onion 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Carrot 1 tbsp (grated)
Cauliflower 1 tbsp (grated)
Capsicum 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Green chillies 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Salt 2/3 tsp
Olive oil 2 tsp
How to make Oats Chilla
- Blend oats, adding water to make a paste like besan chilla.
- Mix all ingredients in oats paste and give a good stir.
- Heat a non-stick pan for a minute. Put few drops of olive oil in it.
- Pour one tablespoon of mixture and spread as thin as you can in circular shape.
- Turn over when the base is crisp and cooked.
- Cook crisp from the other side as well.
Serve hot with coriander chutney.
