Ingredients:
Garlic French bread 8 slices
Egg
Boiled corn
Onion
Capsicum
Grated cheese
Corn flour
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Method:
Beat eggs.
Finely chop onion and capsicum.
Add grated cheese and mix well.
Add corn flour, salt and pepper. Beat well.
Add boiled corns and baking powder.
Mix and spread paste on one side of the bread slice.
Sprinkle little chopped onion and capsicum on it.
Preheat oven on 360 degree for five minutes.
Place the coated slices in the oven and bake on the same temperature for six to seven minutes or till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
