If you are anywhere near Gurgaon then you should definitely head to Duty Free Vayu Bar in Sector 29.
The cafe has a special deck space for couples and a four-storied restro-bar, and makes you feel comfortable with its stylish wooden furnishings. The live bar, chandeliers and chequered marble floor is something everyone should check it out at least once.
And if you are heading out for a romantic date with your partner then the open air Vayu Bar has live music, warm lights and cosy seating for you.
Talking about the food, Duty Free Vayu Bar has pocket-friendly menu offering delectable food.
I started off with some jhalmuri popcorns, a crunchy and spicy dish which will be loved by all popcorn lovers. The next order was Peri Peri Chicken, which had perfectly minced chicken pieces dipped in spices and sauces.
Nachos Pizza is Duty Free’s speciality, and is loved by everyone. The Pizza crust is as soft and crunchy as nachos. The Overloaded Peri Peri fries has a different twist – it is topped with a half omelette and Mexican fries.
For the fitness freaks, the cafe offers a wide range of salads, one of which is made from a mix of fresh vegetables and paneer topped with a citrusy orange dressing.
Dimsum lovers must try the classic crystal dumplings and the spicy Kolkata dumplings that come with a range of veggies and eclectic sauces.
The Bar menu has an exclusive ‘Pahua menu’, which is a quirky take on the characters from B-Town.
The meal is incomplete without having desserts. For the desserts I ordered Melting Chocolate Bomb which is for all the chocolate lovers.
And from the special ‘Valentine’s menu’, I ordered the Red Velvet Muffin which leaves an unforgettable taste on the tongue.
