 How to make aam panna?

Take half kg of raw mangoes. Wash them thoroughly and peel them. Pressure cook them adding half glass of water. Give one whistle on high flame and then cook it on medium-low flame for another 15-20 minutes. Turn off the flame and let the pressure come out on its own. Open the lid, let them cool at room temperature. Remove the seeds and take out the pulp. Do not throw the water left in the pressure cooker. In a high speed food processor, grind the pulp along with leftover water and add 350 grams of sugar and 20-25 fresh mint leaves. Grind until it turns into a smooth puree. Take this sweetened raw mango puree in a big bowl. Add two teaspoons of black salt, two teaspoons of cumin seed powder, one teaspoon of black pepper powder and regular salt according to your taste. Also add four glasses of chilled water to make a juice like consistency. Blend all ingredients well with the help of a handy mixture. Pour in tall glasses and top with crushed ice and few mint leaves. Sip chilled. Truly ecstatic!
