LITCHI DAIQUIRI

Ingredients

Litchi Fruit Mix- 20ml

Lemon Juice- 10ml

White Rum- 50ml

Method

  1. Take 20 ml litchi fruit mix in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  3. Add 50 ml white rum
  4. Add ice cubes to the top and shake well
  5. Now fine strain the ingredients and pour in chilled Margarita glass
  6. For garnish, take an orange peel, give it a long slit at the center, and two outward slits on each side and place it on the rim using the center slit.
  7. Build all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake and strain.

ICED GREEN TEA

Ingredients

Green Tea Bags – 6 to 8

Boiling water – 4 cups

Cold water – 2 cups

Artificial sweetener (non- caloric) – ½ cup

Method

  1. Pour boiling water into a saucepan over the tea bags and steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. Squeezing gently, remove tea bags from the water.
  3. Add sweetener to cold water and stir for 2 minutes until the sweetener dissolves.
  4. Let the tea come to room temperature and is now ready to serve.

 KALA KHATTA MOCKTAIL

 

Ingredients

Kala khatta syrup: 6 tablespoons

Jaljeera powder:  3.5 teaspoons

Black salt: to taste

Lemon:  1/2

Ice cubes as required

Fresh mint leaves a few

Drinking soda 2 bottles blade

Method

  1. Pour kala khatta syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add jaljeera
    powder, black salt, juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsps water, 2-3 ice
    cubes and put the lid on the shaker and shake well. Add lots of
    ice cubes.
  2. Put a few fresh mint leaves in each serving glass. Put the ice
    cubes from the shaker equally into each glass. Pour kala khatta
    mixture equally into each glass.
  3. Top it up with drinking soda. Serve immediately.

MINTY GREEN TEA

 

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup

Green tea bags – 2

Honey – 1 tsp

Method

  1. Add the washed and chopped mint leaves in a tall glass.
  2. Then add the tea bags and pour boiling water over the top.
  3. Now, keep the glass in a fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Remove the tea bags using a spoon, add the honey and mix well.
  5. Add some crushed ice from the top and serve with a straw.

CHOCOLATE SMAAASH SHAKE

Ingredients

1 cup full cream milk cold

1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened

2 tsp sugar powdered

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Ice cream

1 tsp chocolate syrup to decorate

Whipped cream

Chocolate ice cream

Method

1. In a blender add milk.
2. Also, add cocoa powder and sugar, additionally,y add vanilla ice cream. optionally for more chocolate flavour add in chocolate ice cream.
3. In a blender add ice cubes.
4. Blend to frothy shake
5. With chocolate syrup and decorate the sides of glass & pour the prepared milkshake.
6. Finally, decorate with whipped cream or scoop of ice cream just before serving shake.
