The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) official website, www.upsc.gov.in, was hacked on Monday with the hacker posting a famous cartoon character Doraemon and captions reading, “Doraemon!!!!!!! Pick up the Call” and “I.M.STEWPEED”, on it.
Immediately after the hacking, authorities shut down the website making it unreachable for the users for some time. It is not clear who was involved in the hacking.
At the time of publishing this report, the website has been restored and is working fine.
